Let's us take a moment to introduce you all to the owners of Smofd and Soul, Reggie and Jamaica. We have a passion for God, family, cooking, and traveling. We have a family of seven including (2 boys and 3 girls) and been married for eighteen years,
Smofd and Soul is a new journey that will display the passion we have for cooking and entertaining. We are looking forward to being able to share our talents with you all. My wife and I created a unique taste for BBQ style food and Soul food along with bringing some Memphis, TN. flare to Houston, Texas. We've been cooking, smoking, and grilling for a number of years personal and professionally. This journey will be one to remember from our family to your family!
SMOFD
Fun Fact: The word SMOFD was created from two words, smoked and fried. We took the first part of the word smoke and the first part of the word fried and made SMOFD!
Smoked Fried Ribs
These are created by a unique combination of smoking the ribs and frying them to a crispy golden brown.
